Anyway I released a hotfix by removing the station medical scanner. It fixed the problem on my end so I hope it will on yours too.
This line seems to be the cause.
[05] 0x7ff7fcb888c6 (StarLuaComponents.cpp:32) Star::LuaBaseComponent::addCallbacks
[06] 0x7ff7fc98ea7d (StarStatusController.cpp:773) Star::StatusController::initUniqueEffectScript
[07] 0x7ff7fc98e62c (StarStatusController.cpp:413) Star::StatusController::init
[08] 0x7ff7fc81337a (StarNpc.cpp:172) Star::Npc::init
The lines that come after implies that it could have something to do with npcs, but I'm not sure since I'm not very good with scripts. You might want to check if you are using duplicate or older versions of the mods in your list.
I deleted the Universe, but I encountered another bug.
When I ran to the leftmost area of a city, I get booted back to my ship. I can still beam down to the city, but I'll be avoiding the left area.
I'll paste another log if I encounter it again.
Here is the full log: https://pastebin.com/0mSk1uRQ
And from my understanding, an NPC was definitely touched.
These are the logs:
[07:59:12.301] [Error] UniverseServer: World InstanceWorld:scp_spacecity:31e45248ed7b6e88acd208b73177e15d:8 has stopped due to an error
[07:59:12.301] [Info] UniverseServer: World InstanceWorld:scp_spacecity:31e45248ed7b6e88acd208b73177e15d:8 shutdown, kicking 1 players to their own ships
[07:59:12.310] [Info] Client received world stop packet, leaving: Removed
[07:59:12.402] [Info] UniverseServer: Warping player 1 to ClientShipWorld:bd776bace36a5de6599aa1504ddb5b1e

Is it possible that due to the star system level, Merciless 8+ is the culprit?
I was able to beam down on my first time, but when I tried going back the 2nd after accidentally leaving the first time, this happens.
I think it would be even more interesting if there was an expansion mod for the mod race.
There are a lot of mod races that are great, but you don't encounter them other than by creating colonies.
An expansion MOD that provides encounters... very! want…!
(this is google translate)
Are you planning on expanding the cities? I have an idea - some kind of hoverbike highway.
Thanks you for your reply.
If no you should mention it in description because it's a bit misleading.
Anyways it seem interesting
