@jlerwin this fish IS in ULTRAKILL and it is in a secret level that makes you fish for different kinds of fish. this is one of the fish you can catch in that level.

I'm a little confused on how this thing can be a frog. Then again, we haven't actually seen it's full body and it also lives on a random moon in space, so it probably doesn't fall under what earth logic considers a frog
