The Iron Lung monster invades GMod as a playermodel. Better watch out, Markiplier!

Another joke playermodel, since the model is literally just a blob made to show the face texture and nothing else. I ripped this model from Ultrakill since it was featured in the secret fishing level.

This can be used as a prop for your other endeavors, just spawn it from the spawnmenu.
