strange, each increase in points in negotiation makes the products cost me more to buy.

It seems to me that negotiation works for sales on the other hand

The mod is good, it adds complexity, but I wouldn't say it's difficult.

to reduce gleeman sound you play with FalloffStart & FalloffEnd but it make lag when change distance ingame. Better change Volume, on Volume = 0.0; all gleeman sounds mute.

we have discovered that playing at Impossible difficulty is very optimal for bots and their growth.

In my latest game, paid special attention to what you said, Porucznik Kopacki.
Between the 4th and 6th turn/round, AIs started to obtain titles and construct 3rd business. Not all at the same time, but but by the 2nd half of the 6th round/turn, about half of the AI's had a 3rd business up and running.
Remember that with the changes I made, titles are also more expensive, and the AI likes to have more backups funds and do other stuff to prevent going bankrupt or extinct.
Since you can have 2 businesses with the starting title in "poor man" mode, you/AI will need to pay 4000 for the 2nd title, and then have at least 5000 for building another business, and at least 600 to hire 1 person to work there, so it will take a while longer for most of them to get there, and also have some backup funds. Hope that helps :)
But, if you do notice anything that isn't working as intended be sure to mention it, I'm happy to fix anything that's broken (and I know how to fix :D)

With all the changed settings for prices, economy, and AI behavior, it's likely the AI will take a while longer to take off, as they will be more focused on ensuring their dynasty's survival.
I'll do some more test runs shortly, to be sure everything is working as it should be.

I have noticed that after about 20 years in game, NPC dynasties have 1-2 businesses and they're just collecting money, not building anything. I'm playing at normal difficulty - is this bug in the mod or something more?

Should now be fixed! Also made some adjustments for career mode, as your comment made me check some other stuff and realize career mode would be impossible 25% of the time...

Yup, the game is smooth at the start of each turn although I found another slight "issue" if it's really one - some of the village businesses cost more (15k) than the starting money you get (10k) for example Croft (Farm Lv1) so if you start as a Farmer you can't afford your first business

At start of new turn game gets really slow and lots of npc's spawn and start having conversations [that's why probably lol, tested it with 2 maps - Prague and Cologne], it's a shame because this mod seems to really enhance the gameplay and doesn't make the game that hard to play as the title "hard mode" suggests
