描述
Makes everything a bit less easy, but nothing over the top.
(other difficulty levels will be even harder, or somewhat easier)

Files modified:
• G3CharactersBirthValsDesc.oc
• G3VesselsDefault.oc
• GameplayDefault.oc
• ProductionSettings.oc
• EmployeeActions.inc

Changes include the following:
• All construction is more expensive, and takes longer
• Building repair is more expensive
• You get more starting money, to allow construction
• AI more focused on protecting own dynasty's existence
• Public office positions are slightly more rewarding
• All titles are a lot more expensive
• Maximum 50 businesses per dynasty
• Workers are paid higher wages
• Workers cost more to hire
• Lifespan changed from 45 to 120.
• Disabled Large Ships as they do not fit properly under most bridges.
• Changed "lights on" time to be from 7PM to 7AM / 19:00 to 7:00.
• Added option for 5 years per round.
• Buildings have more hitpoints.
• Buildings take more fire damage.
• Markets stock more goods and changes prices more dynamically.
• Markets auto-stock goods less often, and less goods at a time.
• Market auto-stock transports now have 1 guard instead of 2.
• Some medical treatments are more expensive.
• Characters have more health, and higher health cap.
• AI has different settings to consider themselves poor, or in danger of extinction, and should prioritize accordingly.
• Characters regenerate health a little faster.
• Characters stay unconscious a little longer.
• Characters considered 100% fertile until age 45.
• Females will enter menopause at age 55.
• Dynasties can have 20 children at a time instead of 6.
• Dynasties can have 100 active members instead of 20.
• Running speed when chasing another character lowered from 140% to 125%
• Warehouse operating range decreased by 1/3.
• Can now have more customers waiting, especially when the building has more employees.
• Leasing Resource buildings
• - Lease time extended from 1 round to 5 rounds
• - Minimum bid 1500
• - Minimum raise 500
• - Starting fee 1000
• - Adjustment fee 100
• A few hundred more starting money per difficulty level. (and more, or less, for AI, depending on difficulty setting)
• Default action stack changed from 3 to 1.
• NPC characters are now less sleepy. They will sleep less often, and for shorter periods of time.
• Construction takes longer.
• Population will increase/decrease depending on regional prosperity.
• All intros are disabled. Seen one, seen them all, right?


Bonus: Minstrel huts no longer make that awful noise. Or.. "music". Finally got them to stfu.

These lifespans are to long. Whats more middle ages than dying at 40?

strange, each increase in points in negotiation makes the products cost me more to buy.

It seems to me that negotiation works for sales on the other hand

I would put that in the bug category

The mod is good, it adds complexity, but I wouldn't say it's difficult.

to reduce gleeman sound you play with FalloffStart & FalloffEnd but it make lag when change distance ingame. Better change Volume, on Volume = 0.0; all gleeman sounds mute.
