I found the issue - i forgot to remove the legacy version of NMM:

remove this from your subscriptions and it should work for you:

I have removed that mod from the collection and I get to the main menu in 26 seconds.

i have added some mods to this collection without testing it further - probably one of them - i will have a look

So I've been trying to use this collection for a bit but it just won't launch fully. It's gotten to around 16 seconds a couple times but it crashes every time. Any advice?

I have not run modpacks on an actual server before - I've only done local hosting through steam - but I haven't done that with this modpack yet.

As for an educated guess - I would say that I play on MultiverseStar occasionally, and that server has 400+ mods which should be pretty comparable to this pack - and it runs pretty well - unless there are 6-8 people in one place it can get pretty unstable lol

No idea what specs are for that server though...
You could probably ask in their discord, or Good Game directly.

@COVID-19 Have you run this on a server? If so, what would you say the recommended requirements would be? Be thinking of renting a server for me and a few friends and running this on it.

Tested and confirmed. Seems to be working.

I believe that the issue was likely due to my difficulty mod - but I have updated that mod to quit crashing the game so it should be good now - let me know if it isn't.

I've been using this collection for a few days now. But starting today it started crashing at the 0:47 sec mark on load up. No error message or anything. Just close to desktop.

Liking my playthrough so far! I ran into an issue where I could not scan the outpost, it just wasn't letting get the objectives for that quest -- I am not sure if this is a me issue or a pack issue but I'll post the fix I found here for anybody to use!

Just run
/admin
/giveessentialitem scanmode inspectiontool

Then run /admin again as some quests are locked away from admins iirc.
