ok, I just removed it even though my fps averages from 60-30 (stutters during saferoom and campaign starts)

Most of these are just color changes.
But the weapon particles add new spritecards with higher quality.
If your computer is already struggling with performance, that one might slow you down.

I've got a question, are any of the mods in this collection cause performance issues or anything? Just wondering

Wellp, then i don't know. This is just color changes on particles, along with the odd time and movement change. I see no reason why that would stop you from playing online.

Yes im pretty sure, i uninstalled just the particle overhaul collection, and it fixed the issue that i had with entering my friends game.

No idea. It's just a set of particles, which have never stopped me from playing.
Are you 100% positively sure these mods are the reason?

When i have this collection installed i can't play with my friends, it gets stuck in the loading screen, and im pretty sure this doesn't have any scripts, anything i need to do?

Alters the particles without necessarily taking away the original feel and doesn't hurt your framerates. Finally. A good mod to keep forever.
