I guess when you released this, it actually required a mistake to create an oil spill. Now, though, my submarine leaves endless trails of "oil" whenever I adjust the ballast. And it's not a diesel-electric. There isn't a drop of oil aboard anywhere. All the bugs the devs have fixed and they don't seem to ever get around to this one...

Guys if someone can't activate parachute on it, please make sure your hardpoint is set to Launch instead of Release but not Release or it will just drop it
