Doesn't this mod require Royalty? It is missing on the page and the About.xml

@CTH2004 I did look at using specialists but it didn't work right with the existing permits. I am looking at bringing in specific permits for teams. That'll probably be my next mod.

Nice! Though, at least imo, laborers should have random backstories and traits that can lead to some disabled skills. So, while not common, you might get a laborer who can't mine, or something.

Another idea is to have "specialized" ones as well. Request laborers who are what you made here, or request a team of miners with a minimum of 12, but higher chance of being unable to do other things! Or planters, or so on...

Just a thought!
