Is this design intentional?
Could be that your inventory was full. I haven't used this mod in a long time. Think I remember having the same issue,
Maybe I cant see them because my merc inventory is full?
Ill also take a look at giving it its own operation and making an addon for Tons of Guns
Also note the devs released a sample mod (scrounge) that is an operation you can do. Perhaps you can look at this to figure out how to implement your mod without eating the existing craft explosives operation.
+1 . That spelling is disturbing as it is the lack of faith in the Force.
- AA-12: "gold plated" instead of "gold-plated"
- AK-74: "Soviet" and "Afghani" are capitalized, while other nationalities in other descriptions aren't.
- M1014: the improper spelling of "Venni, vidi, vinsi" must be part of the joke, right?

I did spot some typos though:
- 5,56mm are labelled as "556" instead of "5,56mm"
- Same for 7,62mm : "762" instead of "7,62mm
- Several ammo items: "the 70's" instead of "the 70s"
- Kevlar armor: "Slowing" instead of "Slowly"
- Stick grenades: "after its left" instead of "after they left"
- Mk2 grenades : "the 40's" instead of "the 40s" (I'm starting to see a pattern here…)
- MP5 : I'm not sure if "gotten" is correct or not (I'm not a native english speaker). Also, a semi-column after "Wisconsin" would look better. :-)
- Remote detonators: "A 3 pack" instead of "A 3-pack" (… I think?)
Can you add a function that Pater Tooker can sell 1 / 10 / 100 lil diamonds?

Rebalanced the mod some, prices should be less obnoxious and feel properly tiered. Been sick and busy for like a week so I couldn't fix anything, sorry. As for ingame settings I have no clue how to do that and my lua skills are basically non-existent.
But l see people discussing the price of certain weapons. Nope, even more confus :(
Now what? Nothing in inventory/stash. People talking about crates and combining 3 items...l am nonplussed. Please ELI5

As James009 said below, balance should not be your primary concern. and "Consider adding in game options for controlling the difficulty and inflation."
Everyone has a different idea of what is fair or good for their game after all. I personally like games like this to be hard and white knuckle, but others are the complete opposite. If you manage to find a way for people to tweak this with settings you will please all, and save time on trying to balance overly - as people will *always* complain in their entitlement.
On the n ote of balance, I'm considering just doing 1-2 suitcases + tiny diamonds. It might be a little abstract but it would mean you still need to intercept a convoy to get higher end items, but not like 3 times when they're effectively time gated. I also will probably make a few presets you can just swap the files to + its easy to edit them yourself
You can convert $ to Tiny Diamonds in the Church, even on MI some people have millions of dollars, so you can infinitely buy the stuff with Tiny Diamonds, this is already a big balance issue.
The Diamond Shipments are fine since you need to actively do something for getting them.
