Yeah, it needs it to even show up in game. But the Kathun mod is very against mods that change animations. Honestly I am sure this mod is great but I know have it sub'd because it is needed for the Rework mod to function, which is also strange. I have still never seen these droids in game, and I have reinstalled it all maybe 10 times since posting that.

Does the commando droid spawn in the world aswell?

I fixed it, but now I am getting an error saying it needs another file called "DodgeStrafe" that is marked as a dependency. It isn't part of Project Kathun.

I have had this installed with the other Kathun mods as well as other SW mods. But it never seems to work. I've reinstalled a few times, but I keep getting an error message in game telling me the models could not be found. Likely is something to do with my set up, but I've modding this game for years and far heavies than it is modded now, and I have never had that happen before.

however this mod when i tried to load kenshi doesn't work unless it has project Kathun also subscribed,

i get the message "One or more mods are missing or in incorrect order." when i tried to open the game with just this mod and not Project Kathun, just a heads up
(the mod itself is yellow on launcher because it requires another mod to make it work)

think i fixed, in the FCS it shows they spawn with the brown b1 backpack, i think thats the problem.

Ive got a problem with this boys, most of the time when they spawn in the droid factory thing, they are like a default b1, you know those without frame, only one or two times they are actually comandos dont know why happens, maybe is just me or more general

It would be nice if you could maybe make them a little bit rarer to spawn, its weird that half of Rebirth purchasable droids and droid caravans are commandos(a HIGH tier combat droid). Making them more expensive would also fit them more.

is the droid head supposed to be always facing down and locked in place?

Hello there, thanks for adding the commando purchase option, i've just tried making a patch and using your mod, the commando droid i spawned in with a game start still seems very shiny lol maby cos i spawned in the dead lands with the lightning and that but not sure?

I see. Well, I have a collection of animation patches for various skeletons. But if it's all the same to you, would you mind including Grounded Combat and Animation Overhaul for your Droid?

@Gevurah, I may. I decided to bundle them because even with missing dependencies, nothing breaks.

You might consider making the animation compatibilities a separate patch so the base mod has no dependencies.

Commando droids can now be purchased by droid traders

that's just for armour and upgrades you still need the actual npcs to spawn in and buy/recruit (only place i know thus far in kathun mod is droid engineers selling old b-1s) but anyways is there a way to buy/recruit your commando droids in game or is this just for starting a new game?

From what I understand, there is already a system for crafting droids yourself including B1's. I assume these would also be craftable. Also for B1's you should DL this temporary fix (https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3003350086&searchtext=kathun) so you can also craft the B1's backpack.

i haven't played enough of kathun to know yet, but im trying to start my own Confederacy of independent systems C.I.S remnant faction, don't know if theres a good enough supply of b-1's in kathun but in your mod is it possible you could slap a town down somewhere i could recruit a bunch of these beauties please or is there already a location to get them?
