@Shad Just a heads up, I've updated Craft Basic XCOM PCS to allow fully configurable pcs list.

for cut content psionics, add:
+Edit_X2TechTemplate = (T = "MEME_BasicPCS", P = "ItemRewards", V = "CommonPCSPsi", OP = "AppendNoDup", RDLC = ("CutContentPsionicsWOTC"))

For [WOTC] Overwatch PCS , open XComTemplateEditor.ini and add the following lines:
+Edit_X2TechTemplate=(T="MEME_BasicPCS", P="ItemRewards", V="CommonPCS_Overwatch", RDLC=("OverwatchPCS"))

As a "heads up" Craft Basic PCS should be getting an update ""soon"" that exposes its list of PCS' to config, making adding to it a breeze ;)
