[WOTC] Overwatch PCS

描述
This mod adds a simple 3 tiered PCS that decreases the Overwatch/Reaction Fire penalty.

Common = 5% Aim bonus on Reaction Fire
Rare = 10% Aim bonus on Reaction Fire
Epic = 20% Aim bonus on Reaction Fire
I don't know if this is balanced, for reference Cool Under Pressure is 10%.

Aim bonus, drop rates and prices are all configurable in the ini.

This mod maybe has support for [WOTC] Coloured PCS Icons by RustyDios. I don't have that mod but I used the code without modifications adding an appropriate icon.

Bugs
There will absolutely be some. Post all the ways you broke it below so I may fix it.

Would be nice to have the text stay faithful to the vanilla style by adding a (+5 AIM) and so on to each Overwatch PCS levels. :) Thanks for this mod!

I don't think Build basic PCS automatically recognizes new PCSs. Support for this mod needs to be added to Build basic PCS not the other way around.

Cool thanks but I think it could actually be a bit beefier considering aim PCS gives you like 13 aim which works for direct attacks too, but really cool concept!

No, modifying the overwatch penalty doesn't count as a "stat boost" by default and that resistance card only checks for stat boosts. It could be made to work with the card with a little bit of work, but my priority is to make sure the PCS is working properly as is for the time being.
