Does this work with the Matter Manipulator Manipulator mod that lets you adjust the size of your MM on the go? This sounds amazing, but I'd definitely love it if the two mods worked together.

It technically doesn't clash with FU, but it does not affect Matter Manipulators of different tiers in FU.

I'm not entirely sure, but I think this mod clashes with FU, or some other MM enhancement mod

I find it rather unfortunate that the original version of this mod was deleted, as I frankly much prefer it to the enhanced matter manipulator mod for the simple reason that this mod actually keeps the fancy vanilla UI for the matter manipulator around.
