1.6 did not change the file this mod modifies so it should still work (I also tested it just to make sure, seems fine).

thanks, another modder ran into the same issue. i guess pdx doesnt like us not noticing the graphics they put so much effort on lol

Thanks for the report Giorgos! I have updated the mod to try and resolve the crash. However this meant that I had to avoid not setting the max particle count to 0 (it is now 1 instead, so somewhere there's still a godray particle effect still active).

Nice, this is exactly what I was looking for. Together with SGO it's a perfect replacement for No Clouds. (Alongside SGO's map changes of course.)
