To be fair I'm certain the tow truck was working against the breaks of the trailer, because the Stampede appeared to be in park and I heard a squealing coming from the rear of the "train".

I think a Stampede Version is needed. I blew up the engine trying to tow a Stampede that was towing another pickup of yours.

I do have a suggestion 454SS, and that's to make a convoy tanker. like where you can spawn in numerous tankers or other ALTA vehicles and there would be a lead car and the rest would follow its movements exactly. I think this would be a simple task for you and would greatly improve upon the world of ALTA.
