What kind of noises hurt? In RL, zombie groans wouldn't be one that does it: gunshots, scraping, and banging would be more of an issue.
Adding stimming as a buff was not something I expected. Using it as a means to lower the Stress Moodlet is genius .
I am curious, though: why don't all autists always get the Clumsy fine motor skills penalty? That's inherent to the disease.
That said, it's okay to say "mental illness" and "mental disability"; would we call influenza patients or COVID sufferers "immuno-divergent"? Would we say the blind man or amputee is "bodily diverse"? No. We'd say they are ill or disabled. It is what it is, and it's a fact of life. Political correctness is a cancer and being medically accurate is more important than not hurting fragile feelings. We should not be letting the mentally ill dictate the terminology or the treatment.
