Since uebs has added laser guns in their game, you could go to character customisation and go over to projectiles and select the laser projectile option. I am not certain if I still even have the stormtrooper character in my unity files.

M3ta, well it's the rigs bone system, i can't modify the bones on stormtrooper plus it could take a long time soo yeah.

Awesome work! One other thing I noticed is the gun doesn't quite sit properly in the hands of the troopers. The gun is angled up when they are shooting and it looks kinda wonky.

Yep still invisible for me. Interesting thing I noticed is if I take control of a stormtrooper the gun reappears and then disappears again when I get out of it. Not sure if that's any help.
