Since it's your mod after all, I just reskinned it.
I haven't have the time to go for another Starbound playthrough yet as I'm leaned on practicing and working on 3D hobby project on another game.
FU also don't work well with the hardware I currently have, so I haven't had the depth of gameplay with it.
I apologize for the longer delay, I uploaded the fix for the missing learnon blueprints.
Let me know if there are any more issues.

It only worked on the added plants (Mellowroot, Borato, Loftgrain, Vahlberry and Basbron).
I may have forgot to add it as this was supposedly a patch for the original elithian factory by DraLUSAD. However I'm unable to make it work as a patch but worked on attempt of standalone.
Since I was too focused on the building I think I forgot about the seed blueprints, from the old ones. However I will be able to implement it hours later as I'm using a different pc, and the files of the mod based on were on it.
It's been a while since I played Starbound, but from what I remember you need to pickup a seed in order to learn the blueprint.
However I vaguely remember one of the Kadavan plants from wild are bugged and yields an elithian seed (Brasbron I think). Best buy the seeds from the Nomada fleet or npc settlements.
The learn blueprint file location is at objects>farmables
However I think I may have messed up on seeds, since I only saw the seeds I added on files and may not have unlocked the seeds its originally based on. I may need to test this later time with the workshop copy, since I've only checked my cloud copy.
Everything seems well except for one forgotten item name change for the kadavan spice planter.
However I haven't tested it by replacing it with old one then using the new one.
When I was making the mod, it worked when I uninstalled the old one. As it kept using the original, from sprite to dialogues.
Only the added ones that works as it should.
I'm not sure if the old asset is being called on the mod folder? Or not deleted on steam workshop folder?
Since there are no more old sprite on the mod itself from what I remember.
Sorry if this is late. I don't and won't have a reliable internet these following years until I got a job abroad.
I'm not certain if there are any conflicts with other mods, but this is a standalone from the elithian version of idle factory. For I am not able to get the added replaced things to work somehow with the original.
