Depends what propulsion. Normal exhaust: fighter will catch up, fan jet: more even
Ive noticed the same problem, it might be server side on steam but im not sure, it worked perfectly fine up until now. Im trying to fix it, if it doesnt work i will put the checklist img into the preview images
There is a checklist in the description
Do the engines actually go from the starter sound to the jet sound? If yes, that is something ive never encountered before. If no, double check the APU bleed and the switches to shutoff the throttle
put the alt you want into the FMC keypad into the 1st value. Then, toggle the 'SET VNAV' button followed by a press of the 'INPUT VALUE 1' button, once pressed you can turn off the 'SET VNAV'. After that you are free to toggle it using the switch.

thanks for the feedback, im aware of the situation being worse on the ground but didnt know it happened more by turning left.
i might add a control to the throttle from the seats using the number hotkeys. Thanks for the feedback
do double check if you have the APU bleed on, and dont forget to give the engines some throttle. And make sure that the engine arm switches are on which are located above the co-pilot.
im not too familiar with his planes, more with his ships. I was mostly inspired by the Fokker 28, Fokker 100 and Boeing 717.
glad yall like the checklist. Personally ive not seen anyone do it in the style i did, so i thought i might try something different.
its stated in the checklist, 0.3 to 0.35
oops, forgot to add that to the instructions. You need to unlock it on a panel above the repair tools behind the co-pilot, and then theres a switch on the underside of the fuselage where the cargo door is.
