I'm going to try to get the mod back into full working order, starting with any of the obvious issues first. Then while I'm debugging, I'll see about adding various neopagan movements people have been asking for. Not quite sure what my plan there is, but we'll see how it goes.

And the end of central america is the end of the "strait" of land that ends in Colombia.

The way I was handling which interest groups were allowed in a nation previously caused an issue where if one of my new interest groups joined a revolutionary movement and the revolution fired, the new nation created would not have those interest groups by default and the game would crash as it tried to force an interest group into government that just didn't exist.
I now am using technologies to track which interest groups are unlocked and which aren't, which should totally circumvent the crash issue as revolutionary nations should have all of the technology of their parent nation.
Necessarily this will probably fix saves, but since it will keep a fairly common type of crash from happening it's probably in your best interest to just start a new game anyways.
If anyone does make any compatibility mods, let me know and I'll link it here.
