Yes, it will be really cool MTU with tubes and i think was cooler if in tube missile and when you shoot, tube still with you and add BCU like battery) it's not necessary

If you mean realistic javelin as in its guidance then no, it's not possible to guide it via heat or anything like, if you mean smaller and portable, also no since it's mostly impossible to make it 1:1 and functionable
