You can get a small chance of hiring a doctor with quadruple positive traits (its slim but its in the vanilla game). One of my clinic doctors from my main hospital was hired through this rng pool (he has 4 positive traits).

Also guys, I can understand that you want to play with the old system... That simply means that this mod isn't for you :) There are other mods out there affecting the trait system that I didn't like, that's why I made this one. If you play this game differently, that's totally fine. In that case, just don't download this mod and you won't be affected ;)

Hedoinist is probably one of the "better" negative traits anyway. And so is Germophobe. Alcoholic is absolutely terrible, I would rather not pick it even if it will vanish with study anyway. As long as it is active it is a pain to deal with. One of my best clinic doctors of my main hospital is actually a Germophobe, with other positive traits to compensate.

@ModerNertum It actually does, it affects all employees. The affected file is DLCTweakables.xml (StreamingAssets/Addons/DLCDoctorMode/Database).

You can normally pick hedonist alcoholic or germophobe as the negative trait normally they will disappear while training the staff so you are not stuck with them

Does this also work for nurses, techs and janitors? What Database files does this modify?

Actually from my experience hard worker is one of the most annoying traits to deal with. Because they will literally work themselves to death. I have multiple staff with the trait so I grew to not being much of a fan of it. If you select Scholar from the top set hen you can pair it with Hedoenist for the negative trait. Hedoinist is one of the less "annoying" traits to deal with

Nothing wrong with the old system, you can select 'hard worker' from the bottom set.

I have subscribed this but why is it not able to even click the button to customized my own doctor?

My bad. I always use the 'Early Bird' and 'Night Owl' traits/perks. Because they go yellow instead of green [like the other chosen ones] I thought they didn't count as one of the four.

Only allows me to pick 3 [as normal] traits.

Is there a way to create a specialist instead of just residents?

Don't need a Mod for this. Just change the Tweakables for the Doctor Mode DLC.
