I have no clue what could be the issue. The mod works for me both as a standalone and with Mod Manager enabled.. Did you enable the mod in the Mods menu from the game's title screen? If you are using an existing save, you need to add the mod to an existing save separately from the Mods menu. If that doesn't work, maybe re-subscribing to the mod or verifying Project Zomboid's game files will help?
