Huge credit to Tilokinho, I used their mod as a base for this one. The mod can be found here:

This mod replaces the panic heartbeating sound with Ballin' by Mustard and Roddy Ricch!
Tested & working for singleplayer in build 41 of Project Zomboid (specifically 41.78.16) as of January 2nd, 2024.

If the mod doesn't work for you, you may have another mod causing incompatibility..

I have no clue what could be the issue. The mod works for me both as a standalone and with Mod Manager enabled.. Did you enable the mod in the Mods menu from the game's title screen? If you are using an existing save, you need to add the mod to an existing save separately from the Mods menu. If that doesn't work, maybe re-subscribing to the mod or verifying Project Zomboid's game files will help?

This mod is tested and working for the current version of Project Zomboid. There must be another mod causing the issue if the mod is not working.
