the cable is not required but can be attached if you think the ~20 minutes of battery wont be enough the is no other reason to use it as this is the main feature of being a (Hybrid) H-ROV that can run on its own battery

The arm is controlled via the arrows on the screen :) hope this helps

Could you be please more specific about operating controls? How do I move the ROV´s arm? Do I need to attach the huge winch electrical cable to ROV´s connector?
