As with Optimizebound, this has generally unresolvable compatibility issues with Starbound Patch Project.

Seems to cause race selection expanders to no longer work.

@Vulpes Paradox The problem comes from the game's sketchy way of reading the contents of the storage, for which you can try my other mod Even MORE Optimized JSON! and Futara's Dragon Engine
Give it a try to see if there is any improvement?

It can be a completely new game with a wiped universe and all, and still get freezes whenever something is picked up and/or a storage of any kind is opened. Even with 0 mods and on a Barren planet with nothing at all. I guess this mod cant help with that since its from the engine then?

@Vulpes Paradox This mod can reduce the magnitude and frequency of freezing, but it is important to note that if the freezing comes from things like large artificially built structures or complex wiring, these problems from the game's own engine deficiencies cannot be completely solved.

Will this stop the game from freezing for a second or more? That's the only reason I stopped playing this game was because it keeps freezing.

@Ashtar According to my analysis of the latest Optimizebound-Advpng files, it has better compression rates compared to Optimizebound-Advpng(3.7MB smaller, EEMO version is 16.7MB smaller), and it also complement for newly added game files. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask!
