@Vane More so meant to be an alternative path to making storage. Probably better idea to have them expand on the shelves instead.
Details on stuff like this seems quite rare on the internet.
Is it how many stacks of stuff it can take?
So a normal stockpile tile has 4, a short shelf 2, tall shelf 4 and so on?
If it's like this then the tall shelf is still superior to the basic and fine chest, since a chest requires a full tile while 4 tall shelves can occupy one tile, resulting in a 16 stack storing capacity per tile.
If I'm wrong about this please calrify.
I couldn't really find anything online explaining how storage works.
