Glad to see so many types of hospitals! It would be even better if I could use Repaint mod to change the color of the roof or exterior facade. The roof of this assets looks bright.

Very nice. You should also make L&B Spumoni Gardens, and Roll N Roaster, two NYC assets :steamthumbsup: @Basco81
