This model is from 2725 86th St, Brooklyn, NY 11223, United States. I loved working on that building,because it had so many details,that's why it has so many requested items.
The building has a rico setting in it, please inform me if it didn't work.
couldn't find a short dynamic us flag, if you find one please comment it's link in the comments

@ladacullen The assets 'resturant pergola', 'brickfenceopenair' and 'billboardlandb' are missing and don't appear in-game. Can you fix this pls
