Also for job mods that are effectively just cheats, use the command "unlocktalents all"

As far as I can tell, it's either just an updated version of the mod, or a fork after the old one went down, but I can't say for absolute certain since I hadn't used that specific link/version of Abnormality from this mods description.
The secondary mod in abnormalities description for playable jobs does not appear to need a patch. Thanks if you update for this.
