No, it would require a compatibility patch and unfortunately I don't play BM much anymore so the creators of those mods would have to create a compatibility patch themselves

Reshade is different on Black Mesa compared to other games, if you wanna learn how check out my workshop addons I have this exact shader avaliable

out of curiosity, is that reshade youre using in those screenshots? it kinda looks like it and i dont know how to install reshade to this game :|

They retain that glowing effect from the old armor so it should at least change appearance when they're attacked, I used the textures from the toxic waste lakes which should be animated although setting up the vmt for both that and the glow is beyond my fields of capabilities

Not yet, although for modders it should be easy to translate as the base for this model is the classic shackles, also I'm already a bit set on the design for the fire when it's finally done, basically it will look like those two massive jet flames outside the nihilanth portal, I'll include a screnshot of what I mean with more silly drawing edits @The Galunga
