these seems like a great mod but i am having an issue when i start a new shogun 2 campaign (as the mod instructs) the clans still only appear for the shogun 2 campaign like the extra clans are there but when i start as one it just puts me into a shogun 2 campaign is there any extra mods i need for this to work or is it just not mac compatible?

it's not clear but basically you select the standard campaign (Sengoku Jidai) and it will take you to the ROTS campaign with everything unlocked.

I believe this is what's meant by

"You can access the factions by selecting them in vanilla campaign menu"

I tried this mod but the main problem is when battling other minor clans, the white background of the logos makes it difficult to distinguish between your own units and enemy units. This also happens in regular shogun 2 with the all clans playable mod, but its less impactful, for some reason.
I cannot play this mod just cause of this.

Nice but it lacks giving "inspired endeavor"s buff when you get to modernization level 2. Its lasts 20 turns and gives +50% wealth and its a massive boost.

@alav.n i mean i play in german ( my prefer language) and this placeholder see it. Start i the game in english the names from the minor clans and the description are visible

@Nexus I have no current plans to make the mod work with lost domains. Maybe some time later if there's other players request it.

As for the placeholder description, it is not that hard to change the description. I don't fully understand what you mean, but it is not that hard...? I think. I never tried.

How easy/difficult is it that instead of placeholder description there is the name if I don't play in English (I would like to play in my language German) since from what I know you would only have to do the names as they are instead of me of the placeholder (in the description and in the middle of the selection screen).

Hey Alav. I noticed that some factions (for example Nagoya) have correct flag on campaign but not on the battle map. In battles it's just a plain white flag with no symbols.

Any idea why? The other FOTS unlock mod by fuwui (forgot name) also has this issue with other factions

Skylearion did you trigger realm divide? That's essentially what you need to do. You need to conquer until it's triggered and then you can decide. Pretty sure that's how it worked

I played through an entire day of matsumae and I never randomly got given the option to play as the republic I was just sitting on my island just waiting for nothing to happen is there something I need to do?

@twistbud Yes, it is possible to do. However, with so many clans and limited historical documents about them, I don't know what buffs I can give them.

is there a way to change faction colors? whenever I fight this one minor faction they have a cool lighter green uniform with faded yellow highlights but whenever I play as them it automatically switches them to an uglier dark green with these weird bright green highlights

Doesn't work anymore. Any possible update? Legit only have this mod loaded and this mod is not working, only the basic clans are chooseable for FOTS

@StepJ I should have clarify, what I meant was, nobody make this mod since the release of Fots, 11 years ago. I didn't develop it for 11 years lol. I don't understand what you mean by "choose only one from all minor factions" You can pick any minor faction you want with this mod
