well, im new to the game and im learning how the editor works and how things get connected doing a reverse engineering at your ship. i love it and i want to fill it with things id like. im even learning microcontrolers to expand on some things.

Thank for the inputs but im not gonna fix this ship its too outdated and needs basically a full rework. But of you can make an updated version for yourself if you want

i played with this ship for a while and its really cool, im still trying to fix the pressure of the tanks to transfer fuel in a decent time.

fixes i recommend:
one of the pink pumps that manages stability is not connected because one L shaped pipe is wrong.

you can get stucked between the triangles and the ship deck if you try to climb the ship for the sides.

hi, im trying to fix this boat for the new fluid physics update. i need to know the use of the pink tanks, they dont spawn fluids but have vents.

its an old craft so its not updated to work with the new fluid physics.

Seems to take FOREVER to pump out. Am I missing something?

@judge i cant remember i don think there is a wy to even them out but you could just remove some blocks so the tanks connect and it will always ber even.

Also great tanker! Thanks for making. Love this for early to mid game fuel management.

Any way to even the modular commodity tanks (i.e. have left and right contain the same amount of liquid)?

@Volske I didnt have that problem, maybe the ship was damaged or maybe it works in another save. Anyways Thanks for using my boat Im glad youve enjoyed it!

No problem. Honestly it's probably just the game updates that have broken literally everything. It's a shame though because me and my friend really liked this ship for gathering fuel early in our campaign. Many other amazing vehicles on the workshop no longer function because of the game changes :(

For some reason, emptying the commodity tank, we noticed that the amount draining from the tank was much faster than was being put in our dock tank, and then suddenly there was a massive oil spill. Have no clue why this is happening, but it seems to be spilling 3/4 of the fuel that we're emptying into the ocean, and the last quarter into the recepticle.

I missed a electricity node but its finally fixed now

I hate to say it, but I'm still having issues. I click the empty ballast button and nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong?

The ballast doesn't work on this vessel. The ballast will fill, but won't empty.
If you could fix this, that would be great, I love the tanker!

And the other small tanker I downloaded is... really kinda junk.

Oh. :P Thanks! I feel silly using a huge tanker to go get a modest amount of diesel for the things I occasionally run to use it. lol

Fixed the issues with the ballast and the commodity tank not working I forgot to give them electricity when i fixed the battery issue

I can't get it to pump into the commodity tank. Is there a circuit breaker somewhere?

Fixed the electricity issue, now when turning off the main battery circuit braker the boat wont use any electricity. The battery will recharge when the throttle is att 0.1 so you wont have to worry about the battery draining

How do generators work exactly? Can I just place them anywhere or do they have to be connected to the engine somehow? Ugh, this damn opaque user-unfriendly editor would take a full three-credit college course to learn to use.

THey must have changed soemthing in a updawte because it always recharged back up to 100 when I used it some time ago, you cant try by just adding some generators for it to charge up

it's problem with electric. it seems battery isn't recharging so after some time it doesn't have charge to start engine. i play with this tanker on career and it died after some time. one way to bring it to life is turn on custom menu in save files and check infinite electric. then it works properly

ehm! i havent played in a while but if you just follow the steps it should start, if it dosent the game might have broken it
