@madi92 i have successfully created a playlist that has no confederations. Let me tell you the mods i have that accomplish this.

There are a "No confederation" mod, that works btw.

yea, I hope this mod gets updated or someone can try to do a update of this mod.

for norsca, the dilemmas dont cause a vassalisation for the player, only the A.I

the only thing i can think of other than this mod causing this is that i have the bug fixer on too?

when i vassal someone my game gets hard locked (lose control, cant move any armies and end turn button greyed out).
Currently unusable.
Can probably use diplomatic options mod + easier vassals and confederations but make confederations impossible by editing that script.

You are right, unfortunately it doesn't :( . Really hate the confederations and I have the impression that they are more often than previous titles.

unfortunately it overrides any confederation removal mods.
Would be awesome if someone separated all of the diplomatic options so we could have vassal for all plus no confederations PERIOD.

I would prefer confederations completely disabled, but currently no other mod avaliable, that does that, so i guess im fine with Vassals.

i just tested. this mod causes a bug that disables ♥♥♥♥♥♥ contract mechanic. (the button is grayed out)

That seems like an interesting idea. Are you able to make a mod that simply removes the ability of forming a confederation? It would make for a more varied gameplay and prevent huge and boring endgame wars.

Great mod. Can also you make only for AI mod?

Tried updating the mod myself but dont know how to debug the lua script. I managed to add the new entries in dilemma_override but that was not enough :(

Well I stumbled across this, because the vassal option disappeared for the "diplomacy option" mod.

Glad to have to vassal option back with this mod. And I never liked confed anyway :-)

I dont want to be that guy but.... I cant play without this excellent mod! Greenskins are just too OP. Can I gift you the DLC maybe? :)))

Looking forward to it. Playing Gorbad without this mod makes snowballing confederations insane :))

Tried with Grimgor too and same result. No vassal.

Just tried with gorbad and didnt get a vassal after selecting to confederate after defeating their faction leader. Will wait for update :)

@templarblak must be another mod, just tested with this mod alone and could interact no worries

Ironically this and RDLL probably would have worked together before the changes. Definitely won't work together now that I'm overriding the force_confederation() function. Sorry mate. Personally, I don't use RDLL when I'm playing without confeds so not something I'll tackle.

With the update, does that mean RDLL is still incompatible? I have "No Confederation - All Factions" from Andredie, which should have also made RDLL not work if RDLL's purpose is to obtain lords only through confederating the defeated lords after they were wiped out.

Just seeing what your thoughts are on the matter. Thanks!

Note: RDLL and No Confederation - All factions have been working for me for a long time - including modded lords.

Hi guys, mod is finally updated. Gotta give huge credit to @Klissan for letting me use his vastly superior method of overriding scripted confederations. I was but a humble caveman fumbling with primitive techniques. Anyway benefits are there should be even fewer possibly no script conflicts with other mods now. Honestly probably wouldn't have touched this again without this improvement to the scripting, was a complete mess before.
