Vassal the Elector Counts

Why this mod?
For me, the Empire is not one unified faction - but a nation of factions, unified by their culture. As such - I never liked that the system went from neutral trade partners > now you own them and you can forget about them.
This mod is my attempt at ensuring the political events and machinations of the Empire continue throughout the campaign - by giving you the option to vassalise an elector instead of confederating them.
The mod has been around in some form since game 1, but with the recent update I was excited enough to get cracking with an update!

What does this mod do?

• At 10 fealty you can now vassalize an elector counts through a dilemma.
  
• Vassaling an elector count unlocks their elector unit for recruitment.
  
• New Decree: replenish army movement.
  
• New Decree: heal army (upgrade allows you to heal elector armies)
  
• Events have been added to allow “demand region” dilemmas for every region in the Empire.
  
• a (WIP) incident where allied non empire factions will gift you an empire region they may have taken (LOOKING ATYOU KATARIN)
  
• additional effect added to Authority that gets increasingly more powerful based on how many vassal electors you have.
  
• Diplomacy option to vassalize marienburg

Authority boons?

• 100 authority: trade income buff of 5% & -3% elector unit upkeep reduction for each vassal elector you have.
  
• 76 to 99 authority: trade income buff of 4% and -2% elector unit upkeep reduction for each vassal elector you have.
  
• 51 to 75 authority: trade income buff of 3% and -1% elector unit upkeep reduction for each vassal elector you have.

What does this mean?
You can now play a campaign as Karl Franz, where you don’t have to confederate your way to success (you still can btw!) I’ve also tried to provide benefits that help counter the loss of buffs you may have got for confederating.

Possible plans:
I’d like to finish up the incident for region gifting from allies so its more polished – right now, a region is gifted without context.
Also open to more input on what to do next.

Compatibility
Mods that edit empire politics script may conflict with this mod.
Mods which add new decrees for Franz may also conflict.
