As for Flower and Moon Viewing, I originally used abbreviations under the impression that the full names wouldn't fit on the HUD, but I'll look into change them to the full names for a future release.
Have you considered adding a couple of tooltips to Fox's HUD to more immediately explain them without going to an external page? Like:
>Cards: These cards represent the available transformations. To restore them, use Koi-Koi or Hustle, or land a "Lights" super.
>Mask: Land a "Viewing" or "Lights" move to light up the mask and unlock Koi-Koi.
You may also consider posting the full names "Flower Viewing" and "Moon Viewing" in the move list instead of abbreviations that might miss the wonder and beauty of Fox's theming.
I've noticed some really strange behavior with Bubble post block patch in general; I'll take a look and see if I can't figure out what's going on.
I'll do some testing when I get time.
This is a lovely character, but it feels about a million miles behind power creep.
Spray is mindblowing, to the point it feels like it could be unfair. Not inescapable by any means, but wow that feels great.
Bubble is a beautiful tool for harassment and making time to setup.

Shapeshifting is... good, I think, but difficult to pull out effectively, hasn't served me well so far.
Fox's Melee category in general feels like it loses to every move in the game. Trip feels conceptually good but I've been unable to really apply it effectively, nor follow it up, using it primarily to make time or space myself. Chaining tailflip makes a maybe ok hostile mobility tool?, but overall I get completely taken apart in tight range, which feels like I need to learn some obscure feature of the tools, or the tools are weak.
