I feel like your questions could be phrased more simply, but to clarify things:
- I do not create the portraits, as in, I am not an artist.
- What I do is the technical side of things, which is putting portraits in the correct size and format, with a naming designation that doesn't conflict with other popular portrait mods.
- Artists are credited in a text file, as is stated in the description.
- None of this is done for profit.
- If an artist doesn't want their image in the Portrait Pack, all they have to do is message me.
- Submissions are usually done through a google doc that is accessible by the TDN community.
- This is a fan-based project, and I am not part of TDN's staff.

Currently, submissions are on pause as the TDN server is on hiatus, join the community's discord to be updated. (I'm sure you can find it, you will get no links from me)

Q: Does Owlsongs provide a service for custom portraits?
If so, what are the parameters an artist is seeking to do said custom portraits? (What makes the artist's job easier?)
What are the estimated costs associated with custom portrait creation, and whether or not there is a cost offset/increase for having the creation in the TDN custom pack?
If an outside artist creates a portrait, what is the submission process to the custom pack?
