Also, you've copied the entire defines file, while you should've only copied the parts you've changed. Check out Paradox's Wiki on defines modding. This ensures compatibility with other mods that change defines.

I really like the idea and I've been thinking of making these modifiers at least twice as big as they are in vanilla, but I think yours are just tooo extreme. The game loves +-5/10% modifiers in most places, so other modifiers would also have to be rebalanced. Counteracting that -60% birthrate just seems impossible.
The problem is that you're basically saying that all women should be working the same as men while in reality not much has changed for them with suffrage except giving an *option* (not a responsibility) to do the same work as men. Additionally, this doesn't take into account dependents. This is why the modifiers in the game are so low, because it mostly only affects a small percentage of the population (but they're still too low).

Really appreciate this mod. It sucks that the balance of vanilla laws is so uneven and we need modders to fix them.

Ah, you don't play Vic3 anymore do you? The mod in it's current state appears to disable the women's rights laws in their entirety, and appears broken.
