Tried using the military which kinda works but i dont want a bunch of random military commanders.
Would be cool to have them not spawn in with masks ngl.

If you want to do that, you can go into the entity_patch_animal_civs.txt file and remove the [CLOTHING] tag from the civilizations you want to run around ass naked. You may also need to remove the clothing tags (IE: [ARMOR:ITEM_ARMOR_TUNIC:COMMON]) from the civilization entity as well. This should
1) Stop them from getting bad thoughts from being naked
2) Prevent them from spawning with clothes.
If you remove the armor (IE: Gauntlets, Breastplate, Mail Shirt) tags, then they won't be able to craft armor, so that might be a bad thing unless you want to be attacked/defend celtic style.
At least get some with them wearing clothes.
