Is there a way to remove masks from the folks?

Tried using the military which kinda works but i dont want a bunch of random military commanders.

Would be cool to have them not spawn in with masks ngl.

I love the mod, though some of the animal people visiting my fort seem to be living a way too long of a time. Like 300-400 years old. DFHack says that they aren't vampires or undead, could you maybe check the lifespans of the various races you made?

Any chance of a "Lite" version that reduces the number of animal races that spawn? Every world gen is almost entirely animal people despite having a bunch of other races installed as well.

From the description, love the ways you've fleshed out the civilizations, very very excited to try this out. I don't know if you have interest in adding other species beyond the planned races you've mentioned, but I'd be very excited if you kept expanding it past that point (would personally love to play as coyote folk). Understandable if that would get too messy with races present in world gen though.

@Clyde: They're all Hunters because of their enhanced Ambush skill native to the race. All you need to do is uncheck the Hunter profession and they'll be alright.

I'm pretty sure this is unattended behavior but all my deer men are being hunters from embark and most of them are still hunters on arrival from migrations??

I suggest removing masks for the animal people, they basically cover up the sprites and remove a lot of the point of the mod.

I miss my quantum stockpiles though with my minecarts, is there any way to get foxes to make them through a code change or something? Maybe have it so they can be requested from traders?

@MrGlasses is that something u could do? make a version called "Animal People Civilizations Wild Edition" so they cant use and are okay without using clothing? also remove the stuff from the sprites of the females?

An alternative is to create a new set of clothing (IE: New mod) that covers the bare necessities (groin, tits, ass and feet)

If you want to do that, you can go into the entity_patch_animal_civs.txt file and remove the [CLOTHING] tag from the civilizations you want to run around ass naked. You may also need to remove the clothing tags (IE: [ARMOR:ITEM_ARMOR_TUNIC:COMMON]) from the civilization entity as well. This should
1) Stop them from getting bad thoughts from being naked
2) Prevent them from spawning with clothes.
If you remove the armor (IE: Gauntlets, Breastplate, Mail Shirt) tags, then they won't be able to craft armor, so that might be a bad thing unless you want to be attacked/defend celtic style.
