No one added Character models and NPCs to the steam workshop, which is a shame, and knowing that the models from Postal III use the old BSP format makes it even sadder, because you can't just get the models because of this...

So how about porting them?... No?... Okay...

this packs "materials/vgui/logos/spray.vtf" which changes player's sprays locally, it'd be nice if it didn't do that
