It appears to be working with 3.7 as is, even the empire created by certain origins is spawning correctly.

It shouldn't, but it may be a result of how I made the mod work with bug branch. give me a moment and I'll put up a separate version of the mod for the bug branch and we'll see if that fixes the problem, just in case

they're separate from anthropocentric/ecocentric and cooperative/competitive from the mod bug branch i'm using
