- use the styling bench or, if i remember correctly, turn on dev mode and there'll be a new gizmo when you select a pawn.

Is it possible to set the fur colors with genes? I am trying to make a custom xenotype but I can't seem to find a way to so with genes.

Ah yep, that'd be where the interactions are happening most likely, noted it with both Alpha genes & Outland genes, both have VE as a dependency. I haven't got access to my main PC I have rimworld on to get logs for now, but it sounds like working as intended! Thanks for your reply!

- theres a compatibility mod called xenotype facial animation that includes anthrosonae as far as im aware.

- theres no real way for us to know whats going on unless you give us a hugslib log. Our fur colour system shouldn't affect any other genes from other mods unless they use the VE system to swap colours when the anthro genes are detected. A few of my mods do that for ears and tails.

Heya! I love the work thats gone into these, though I did have a question about interactions with other mod genes - I notice that the colour tones set for the fur tend to override a number of other mods that add ears or wings in that rely on hair colourings, is there a way to prevent this from happening? So I can run with the two toned fur for the body, but to have things like feathered wings still based off the actual hair colour to contrast against the body better

Okay, this is a bit of a olde favorite of mine, because somehow ya'll worked on both mods I use regularly on both of my favorite games, and I wanted to at least say how awesome this mod is first before I ask my question. Because might as well while I'm here.

Is alright to leave suggestions? Even if it gets left in the "Probably won't do that" camp.

Scratch what I said about the noses, realised I can detect the nose by the fur gene since that what changes the face in the first place. Now it supports snouts/beaks too :fhappy:

Hey hey! Made a compatibility patch for Nice Health Tab: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3568858191 it already fetches the head attachments automatically, so I just had to add the tails.

As Anthrosonae doesn't have a separate nose gene like the pigs, I couldn't add the snouts/beaks, but I think it looks good as is :wrynhappy:

Adore this mod; is there a way to edit the base xenotypes to generate with anthrosonae genes? I'd love to have Wasters all be hyenas or Hussars to all be wolves, etc. Apologies if this has already been asked!

The vanilla expanded framework doesn't list the mod as something with settings I can edit (trying to change heritability to endogenes from xenogenes).

i have been getting some visual bugs where the pawns eyes are just see through holes, and theres no error logs for it

FYI this mod was bugging out my save file that whenever a head was removed (like through combat or cannibalism), it wound turn every single pawn invisible. strangely, godmodding the head back on fixed all the pawns. this happened to non-furry/non-modded heads btw. ultimately, i had to remove this mod after i singled it out but you might want to look into this bug. :steamthumbsup:
