@Merzarime yes. Even when corpses disappear, the sound continues to play the static noise. Entities that are dropped from soldiers, such as weapons and the ammo inside them, also produce this static noise. I apologize for what I was talking about in backtracking, but I would say this bug is not noticeable on big maps where you go away from where the noise is playing. You can also circumnavigate this bug by typing "stopsound" into the console.

@Roshiro, If the mod works properly, the static noise should only play when the soldier is alive and stop when it dies. I am not quite sure what this mod has to do with backtracking, dropping ammo, or the layout of a map. Do you mean like a sound glitch where those sounds don't stop and keep stacking as more soldiers are spawning in?

Damnit. I think I'm getting a static radio sound every time I have this mod enabled. Emitting from the soldiers, and the weapons they have, this sound plays incessitantly. Normally this isn't an issue, but if there's a map where retracing one's step is involved, or an issue where you must drop ammo, or if you're on a vertically inclined map, the radio sound gets worse with every entity. :(

@Chain, try disable ng weapon drop by setting sv_ng_weapondrop_enabled to 0, and avoid map that spam ng zombies. ng zombie is very expensive in terms of edict usage.

@Lord O'Donnell 64, what kind of crash? If it's no free edicts try the method above by setting sv_ng_weapondrop_enabled to 0.

there is a small problem when running on longer maps, like nms_laundry and nms_nacht. since guns aren't being cleaned up, after around 400-500 zombie kills, zombie spawns start becoming less and less until they just stop spawning in. if they dropped ammo instead of guns would be quick fix but no other way to despawn items like that

Their firing is too accurate, reaction time is too short and they seemlessly needn't reload (5 bursts of 3 with no reloading are entirely possible. Maybe reloads depend on mag size here?) which combined with the fact that they often spawn with M16s and MP5s makes them too much of a challenge even on casual with oneshot firearms. I think it's best to cut both their accuracy and reaction time in half or even more (60-70%) to firstly make them seem more like braindead zombies and not alive spec ops, and secondly to make encounters more entertaining plus rewarding, while still dangerous.
Could you possibly do this? Not necessarily by changing this mod but maybe by creating a standalone, easier version of it and leaving a link in the description.
I also noticed (dunno if it was random or not) that a killed guard's MP5 had a full mag after he shot at me multiple times without reloading. Think this needs fixing to encourage killing them faster for collecting ammo.
Overall a great mod!
