@kepi. Well i moved on to other things (Like Sonic) so i will likely not be working on Starbound mods anymore
anyways from my many experiments i have concluded the Penguin UFO is from the base game and is unused so you likely have Betabound adding it back or something

You do realise you can use op/remove to not be more efficient, and you should also use requires rather than priority in the metadata, that way any changes to SF won't affect this.
