When i get to a speed off 50 kph the train starts to slow and constantly goes at a 10 kph speed, any ideas why?

I'm currently working on a locomotive type 232-U1 that is displayed at the Mulhouse Railway museum but I lost my work yesterday by overwriting the wrong file so it will take more time than expected

It seems like the link of the cars are 1 block too high from the link of the tender, I'll fix that tomorrow on all pullman cars.
