To be clear, this mod does work. Its just poorly documented/explained.

The needs a prisoner has is set at the time they first arrive at your prison and how much they care about a certain need or if they even have it at all is semi-randomized. This mod sets it so that when needs are generated at intake, privacy and safety have a 0% chance of being selected as a need the prisoner even has. So, it will work for new prisoners by making it so they never have the needs in the first place but any existing prisoners in a save prior to the mod being activated will still have the safety/privacy needs.

tl;dr
Does not work for prisoners in a save before the mod is activated but will apply to all new prisoners at intake.

the mod does appear, that what you mention is a game bug caused by the latest developers.

unsub the mod while having your mod list open in the game, then re-sub, it will appear.

make sure you do not have the mutation high alert enabled or something, there is a mutation that raises the danger level to a constant maximum.

I was super excited about especially the privacy part as I have quite a few dormitories and they just won't stop complaining xD however it seems they still want privacy. Is there something to this I am not noticing? Does it only work on new prisoners or something?

Trying to make my prisoners work without need to train, or make them take classes not voluntary .. or maybe a way to remove the needs to have them study .. any way around it?

question could you maybe fix this mod and update it or release a new one with the helicopter hearse as callout? got a bunch of bodies but no heli hearses spawning.. well it spawned one.. >.>

if you can nerf Privacy need that would be fucking amazing as privacy combined with safety is causing havoc in my "realism" and overcrowded builds.. lol
