if you are being exposed in the wing backs use them as WB / Defensive. but make them cross often and from deep. i use box tho box instead of carilero. and try to combine the tactic with some good corners. this all still works for me.

important is to have a team who plays together for some time, having green links between them, good understanding. train your players individually on the positions you play them. all players must be in good match sharpness aswell. without these basics tactics dont work.

@Shikton what do you mean mid block?

Conceded quite a lot with this tactic, and tweaked to a lower defensive line and mid block. Now I hardly concede goals, and score 2-3 goals per game. Solid tactic. Also playing with an Advanced Forward instead of Complete Forward due to being in the second tier league in Norway, so quality in every position is limited.

i am using this as a board flipper in lower leagues and its nice.. i just replaced the BPD for CB, I start on a more simple 442 and when they adapt i swap to this one in the second half and is demolishing.
