Inspred by Luciano Spalletti and his amazing Napoli

In Beta I have experienced lot of success with this one. The team scores many goals and plays attractive football. It can be used for any kind of club. Ive used this tactic in combination with a 5-2-3 in tougher away games and almost never lost. Hope it works for you aswell!

Suggestions for Alternatives: - Try to switch the Carilero to a Box to Box or a Mezzala
- Try a Target Man (Attacking) as Striker if you have good one, it will work!
- Try 2 Ball Playing Defenders

if you are lower league, u might want to adapt the player roles, specially in the defence (BPD).

if you are being exposed in the wing backs use them as WB / Defensive. but make them cross often and from deep. i use box tho box instead of carilero. and try to combine the tactic with some good corners. this all still works for me.

important is to have a team who plays together for some time, having green links between them, good understanding. train your players individually on the positions you play them. all players must be in good match sharpness aswell. without these basics tactics dont work.
